The wind-solar-storage integrated system includes wind power, photovoltaic power generation, and energy storage charge/discharge units. It features stochastic output, large diurnal fluctuations, frequent charge/discharge switching, and dense power electronic equipment. During operation, it is prone to issues such as harmonic distortion, reactive power imbalance, voltage drift, and excessive surge currents during charge/discharge switching, which can easily trigger grid-connected fluctuations, equipment overheating, system tripping, and wind/solar curtailment, constraining the stable and efficient operation of renewable energy power stations.
Our transformers and reactors, as the core power transmission, transformation, and power quality control equipment in wind-solar-storage power stations, leverage specialized step-up transformers and isolation transformers featuring low losses, strong overload capability, anti-fluctuation performance, and high weather resistance. They complete step-up voltage grading and electrical isolation for low-voltage power from generating units, precisely adapt to grid-connected voltage levels, and significantly reduce transmission and distribution losses within the station. The supporting reactors enable full-spectrum power quality management and equipment protection across the system, effectively suppressing high-frequency harmonics generated by converters and inverters while filtering out grid noise; limiting inrush currents caused by energy storage switching and wind/solar output fluctuations, thereby preventing equipment damage and protection maloperation; and simultaneously balancing capacitive reactive power in the station, suppressing grid-connected overvoltage and flicker, effectively addressing industry pain points such as weak grid connection of renewable energy, voltage instability, and low power factor.
